Artist's Description
"In Spirit and in Truth" It is commonly said that the eye is the window of our soul. Scripture tells us that we are to pray without ceasing, or pray continually, and that those who worship God must worship Him in Spirit in truth. Additionally, we are told that if our eye is good, our whole body will full of light, and in another passage that we are to let our light shine before men. Jesus is the light of the world, when we set our minds on things above, and pray with a worshipful heart within ourselves at all times, the Light of World can shine out from us to illuminate the darkness that surrounds us, and reveal the love of God to the world.
John 4:24 Colossians 3:2 1 Thessalonians 5:17 Matthew 6:25 Matthew 5:16
Because of the use of irridescent paint, the appearance of this painting changes as you view it from different angles, the rays of light sometimes brighter and more opaque, sometimes more transparent.
